Using the site
SkyCOTL.tools provides free fan-made calendars, planners, timers and reference tools. You may use them for lawful personal purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code, or use automated traffic that disrupts the service.
No affiliation or guarantee
SkyCOTL.tools is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by thatgamecompany. Game names, artwork and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. Schedules, predictions and calculations may be incomplete, delayed or wrong; check official in-game information before relying on them.
Charges and refunds
The browser calendars, planners, timers and reference tools remain free. Optional AI tool recommendations use one-time credit packs: USD19 for 25 successful recommendations or USD39 for 75. Current purchase availability is shown on the pricing and account pages before checkout. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. One successfully delivered recommendation uses one credit. A confirmed failed request releases its reserved credit; an uncertain request remains pending until reconciled and must not be submitted again. A credit release is not a cash refund. Contact [email protected] about purchase or refund questions. You may request a cash refund within 14 days of purchase for a completely unused credit pack. Contact [email protected]; we review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, and the refunded pack’s unused credits are deactivated. Bank posting times vary and are not guaranteed. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
Ownership
The site’s original code, copy, design and branding are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Third-party rights remain with their owners.
Availability and ending access
We may change, suspend or discontinue the site. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse or a breach of these Terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided as is and as available. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing here limits liability or rights that cannot legally be limited.
