How to use the Sky Candle Calculator

Choose the mode that matches the currency decision you are making, enter values you can verify in the game and treat the result as a planning range. The calculator is designed to expose its assumptions instead of hiding them behind a single promised daily total.

Regular candle goals depend on play time and route

Regular mode starts with your current candles, target and typical daily play time. It uses a visible planning curve to estimate a daily amount, then shows the remaining candles and an approximate number of Sky days. The curve deliberately slows near a typical full run because candle collection is not a flat candles-per-minute rate.

Use the estimate to compare routines, not to prove an exact finish date. Realm choice, chevron state, available wax, social stops and missed days all change the outcome. If your normal run is shorter than your best run, enter the normal duration; a conservative input gives a more useful plan than a theoretical maximum.

Seasonal candles are a deadline problem

Season mode asks for your current seasonal candles, the target cost, the remaining claimable days and a realistic amount per day. It reports whether the target is on track and shows an estimated surplus or shortfall at the deadline. This makes the result easier to act on than a generic daily-candle average.

Count today only when you can still collect today's seasonal currency. Season-pass bonuses, quest availability and missed days differ between players, so the daily value remains editable. Revisit the plan after spending candles or missing a day rather than treating the first result as permanent.

Ascended candles need weekly inputs

Ascended mode separates the current balance and target from expected weekly Eden and red-shard income. The calculator combines only the rates you enter, then estimates how many weeks remain. It does not infer winged-light progress, Eden performance or future red-shard rewards from your account.

A useful approach is to enter a lower weekly rate first, save the result, then test a higher rate only if recent runs support it. Because the tool does not read game data or an account, its estimate stays transparent and can be corrected immediately when your plans change.

Traveling Spirit planning uses your reviewed costs

Spirit mode compares regular candles, hearts and ascended candles with the costs you type from the Spirit tree you are considering. It shows which balances already cover the plan and which still need income. The site does not copy a third-party price database or present an old tree as the current official cost.

Enter only the nodes you actually intend to unlock. Then add realistic daily heart and weekly ascended-candle income if you want a time estimate. This supports a small target as well as a complete tree without encouraging you to spend resources on items you did not choose.

Three useful planning examples

These examples show how to frame the question; replace every number with your own balance, deadline and routine.

  1. Reach a regular-candle target

If you have 35 candles and want 70, enter 35 as the current balance, 70 as the goal and the minutes you usually play. The result estimates days from that routine, not from an assumed full run.

  2. Check a seasonal deadline

Enter the seasonal candles you have, the remaining cost, the number of claimable days and your realistic daily income. A shortfall tells you to revise the target or pace before the final day.

  3. Compare a Spirit tree with your balances

Type the regular-candle, heart and ascended-candle costs for the nodes you want. The result separates resources already covered from those that still need earning.

Questions players ask

Short answers, without making you convert another time zone.

How does the Sky candle calculator estimate daily candles?

It interpolates a visible planning curve from short sessions to a near-full run. The result is labelled as an estimate, not an in-game guarantee.

How do I plan seasonal candles?

Enter your current balance, target cost, remaining days and realistic daily income. The calculator shows whether you are on pace and the estimated surplus or shortfall.

Does the ascended-candle plan know my Eden or shard rewards?

No. Eden and red-shard returns vary, so both weekly rates stay editable. The calculator only combines the amounts you choose.

Does the Traveling Spirit planner include a copied item-price database?

No. Enter the reviewed Spirit-tree costs you care about. This avoids presenting an outdated or unverified third-party price as official.
